APC presidential campaign council spokesperson Ima Niboro called on FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and APC governors on 16 September 2026 to set aside public disagreements and focus on mobilising support for President Tinubu's re-election. "Stop talking, go and work," Niboro said, describing the dispute as a passing disagreement that should not distract from the campaign.
